Re: ONTC owned by who?

Very interesting development. I look forward to the new company and products. Really love the WW1 series and would like to see the announced prototypes carried through. -- Al

You and me both Al. It's been nuts but I'm glad to be back on my feet and doing the thing that I love.

Re: ONTC owned by who?

Yup. Both tanks are being produced even as we speak. Unfortunately they won't be ready for the show. However, I will have some Mark IVs that I have personally customized, painted and tricked out so look for those.

And, per usual, I will have beer and sandwiches so that's worth a visit at least. ;)

Thanks Red! ~Doug

Great news Doug!!! I've was eagerly awaiting the release of the camoflauged AV7 from ONTC. Glad to hear that it will still be released. How will I be able to order it? Do you have a website where we can get updates on new releases?

Will those Mark IV's be available for the Chicago show?

Yes I will have three (3) souped-up, ticked-out, customized Mark IVs for sale in Chicago. How many can I put you down for? ;) ~dOUg

Yeah! me too! You will be able to order it from Order of Battle. We do not have a web site yet but when we do you will be able to order it from there, as well as the fine toy soldier retailers you deal with now.

I will keep you "posted" on the web site from here [Treefrog Forum] and with any luck Order of Battle will have it's own thread soon.

Believe me, if I like them all and the price is right I may take them all! There's not enough WW1 armor out there and I could use some more for my collection.

Will you be posting any pics of the finished tanks before the show?

Can do! In a day or so, that is.
Thanks for you interest!

Cool pics again Mike- love the German "Mephisto". The Cpl Hitler as a runner trench scenic piece is pretty gruesome.

\i am looking forward to these pieces- \i remember talking to Doug last year about the Gruesome scene in the trench- I had advised him that at the war mueseum in Ottawa there is a 1/1 scale trench exhibit that you walk through that has a similar 1/1 scale experience-face down in the mud I seem to remember.

took a pic of two 7yr old girls standing in the exhibit-so go for it!

This museum is up there with the smithsonians and imperial- well worth the visit- the hall with the armour in it is quite cryptic! An old chums shot up patrol truck is in there too!
