Wayne.

Great dioramas and figures. I enjoy your backdrops and photo skills. Nice BOB collection of figures. John:salute::

Great photos of a splendid diorama!

Great dio and set ups. Love how the backdrop makes the scene look so realistic. Lots of great American Bulge sets on display, one of my favorite subjects. Thanks for posting. {bravo}}

Thanks for the kind words.

Goodness me, what an awesome dio and great pic's as well.

Terrific job on the video too. The back drop and ground work really work well here ! {bravo}}

Good Job.......I am happy to see more and more dioramas builders using backdrops in their work, it is the component that really brings the scene to life, creating depth and atmosphere.

Some important things to be aware of when using backdrops are matching the color temperature of the backdrop to your scene, watch casting shadows on the backdrop with your lighting and matching the actual shadow direction in the backdrop to the shadows of your scenes lighting. There are more tips on my website and technical forum from the International Society of Battleground Artists Board members.

My problem is, i only have a simple digital cheap camera, for lighting i use a table lamp from my son's desk. So i always need to make 100 pictures to find 20 good ones.

It often takes many pics to get a good one and I have studio lighting and an excellent camera. Alex
