Regarding DD056; - are they difficult to assemble?
-are they worth $ 149,50 ?

I wouldn't say difficult,just take it slow and careful and it will be fine.Definitely worth the money when hanging from your ceiling,look really good.

I never got this piece because I was concerned about the chute, especially if I ever had to pack it up.

As far as the price, I suppose it's not bad although how much a person wants to spend for an item is a personal decision.

It does come in a pretty deep box,this would aid the packing up process.

The main thing is not to try and rush it!.(i have the unwrapping patience of a seven year old i'm afraid!)

Mate grab it worth every cent,its hanging from my roof and everyone comments on them and like Rob said me to i un-wrap at warp speed so take it easy and no probs.
