We just received official word about the new Patriot Napoleonic figures. Three of them will be available in November. They are Skirmishers (Tirailleurs) of the Young Guards

If the actual figures are as good as these pics I'd say they are better than the King and Country figures which is saying something.

Not only do I agree with Oz but I will go one further? How much? And will you let us know when they arrive? WOW!:)

I'm glad somebody finally noticed them. I think they are absolutely gorgeous but since I sell them I figured people would think I'm biased. ;)
Cheers to Patriot--I really enjoy their work.

I am with you Shannon. I think they look great and hey the price is nice too. At $21 these are a most have for my Christmas list.

Oh my.........what will become of K&C if I'm spending all of my money on these. They are VERY nice and the price is great...but....I guess that won't last too long.
Cheers
WELLINGTON.....:)

HI Shannon, I noticed them a few weeks ago when Peter posted this grouped pic.

They are the best figures I've seen and I hope they do some Nap Allies and horses to go with them.

At last some Young Guards to hold { TRY to hold} Planceiot!

Very good.I believe my Imperial Guard Infantry is well over 300 Old and Middle Guards so the Young Guard is most welcome.

Thanks all.
I have to thanks Shannon and Pete to be 1 of the few who "noticed" us at our early time.
What a relief for a new line to have such a good feedback!
Please give us little time to expand the line, we will add more allies and opponents to it.
Together, your "Grande Armée" will grow slowly with us.
All the best
Robert

They Look As Good As The K&c Napoleonics. When Is The Fourth Peice Going To Be Up For Sale Or Pre Order.

Slappy, the 4th is scheduled for next January with the 5th and 6th.
We'll keep you and everybody informed.
Robert

I thought the fourth pose was the best and it is what first attracted me to the line. I guess I can wait until next year though if I have to  I'm also glad that you only release three at a time as it's easier on the pocket book:)

Sage,

I agree with you regarding the fourth pose. Further, I agree that releasing only a few figures at one time is easier on the pocket book. Sometimes, when a larger number of figures are released, I feel like my collecting resources have been attacked and overwhelmed! ;)

Warmest personal regards,

Pat

Really appreciate for your patience.
You just brought up the interesting "releasing numbers". What should be a good number, that we should all be comfortable with?
We are almost certain that most collectors have different "lines", battles or preferred manufacturers that they have to keep up with, therefore we decided to choose "3" for now, and besides it's a good lucky number too :p .
Hope we can multiple this number in the future.

BTW, I have activated the "instant message notification" in the profile, but it doesn't seem to work, can anybody help me on this?

Regards

Robert,

Speaking only for myself, a release of three figures at a time is a comfortable number for me. When a manufacturer releases ten or twelve at a time, it taxes my resources to acquire them all.

Also, since I collect so many different lines, it becomes a significant race to see if I can keep pace with all the new introductions before some become retired. The fact that you have only slowly added to the line of Han Dynasty figures has allowed me to secure all of them, including the gate, and to look forward to the addition of a few more as they become available. I am hoping the same circumstances will apply to your Napoleonics as I look forward to owning all of them.

Warmest personal regards,

Pat
