Took a few more pictures than at the last show, will be doing this more often to give you guys a wider view of the happenings.

Got to the hotel in scenic Secaucus around 4:00pm on Saturday and started to unload the van. Saw a couple of cats under the hotel shuttle bus parked in the lot, grabbed a leftover sandwich to give the cats some scraps of turkey and as I got closer, one of the cats was actually a raccoon.............{eek3}

Started setting up around 5:00pm, finished up around 11:00pm, back at it at 6:00 or so, finished in time to grab a cup of God awful Starbucks coffee and a moldy piece of pastry the promoter put out for the dealers, I thought the green pastry was in honor of St Patricks Day, not because it was a month or so out of date........:p

First up, my tables, aka, Minutemen ...........

The show was terrific, did very well there and I also saw quite a few forum members, Louis and his daughter, Brad, Harvey, Rich, Lawrence, Paul, etc, etc, sorry if I left anyone out who was there.

Got back to home base around midnight, back to the salt mine today, off to another show on Thursday................

Thanks for the pics George.Always enjoy looking at them.

It was great to see you George. Hope to see you in a couple of weekends.:wink2:

Hi George,

Thanks very much for the great shots of the Secaucus show. I also liked the earlier Annandale pictures you posted in another thread last week. I am always enjoy toy soldier show photos. Unfortunately, I have never been to one ever:eek: and that needs to be fixed.

Best, Raymond.:)

Great pics George, thank you! I think I'm drooling a little bit! Incredible items on display!

Arrived about 9:30am. Very enjoyable, a lot of the attendees had that 'just seen Secaucus look on
their face,'{eek3} This was my first toy soldier show and hope to attend more. Besides the great miniatures on display,"I got that one in my collection," there were some book vendors notably Osprey universally adored but also saw an unusual book "The maps of Chicamauga" which was fairly large, detailed cartographic prints in color and text of the two day campaign that I wish could have spent more time looking at. thanks for the photos of the exhibit Warrior it brought it all back. cheers

Thanks for the pics George. Its always good to see pictures of shows and events. I like what Aeroart is doing with the Roman shields. Very diverse.

Great pics mate it is the closest i will ever get for a while to a show cheers mate.

Nice table displays George, thanks for the photos - I shall be doing my bit at the London show in a few weeks time.

Jeff

The show looked like it had some nice stuff - your table looked great as always. I noticed you still don't have any stairs for the block house yet. :)

Hope you have a good Cold Wars show.

Matthew

Great stuff George! However, I must admit when I read this part "Pictures from the Secaucus..." it sounded more like a nightmare or a bad night out with the boys!

Best,
Marc

Don't blame you, the neighborhood near the hotel is a tad bit rough around the edges......and just think, the hotel I stayed at for the show will be packed with people in February of 2014 the week leading up to the Super Bowl being held right down the street.

All I can say is "Best of luck to any and all who stay there"................
