Hey lads, was wondering if someone could post pictures of the Trophy Miniatures Napoleonic Hand to hand sets?

Been after some of these for a while but would like to see some pics of them if anyone could post?^&grin

Was also wondering what the french infantry attacking la haye sainte looked liked? And what were all the different black burnswicker sets?

Thanks guys!

Scott: Please view my albums "Album Two-Trophy's Waterloo" and Trophy Waterloo Two".

Scott,

I assume you have the catalogue numbers. I looked through the MKL Catalogue and only saw three Hand to Hand sets, as follows:

HN 1 A Colour Sergeant 1st Foot Guards Armed with a Spontoon versus a French Sapeur of the Imperial Guard
HN 2 A Mounted French Dragoon of the Line versus a Private of the Kings German Legion
HN 3 A French Light Infantry Officer Armed with a Shotgun versus a Highland Officer Armed with Pistol & Broadsword Wearing the Kilmarnock Bonnet

The catalogue shows a photo of HN 2 so if you'd like me to post that in addition to Tommy's photos, please let me know.

Shoot me an email gregguy@hilandtoyota.com and i will see if i can email a few pictures. By the way , did anybody see the prices of the trophy napoleonics auctions that just ended on ebay uk. I can't believe i bid over $400 for a set of french advancing and still couldn't win it.

Greg,

Maybe in retrospect you were better off not winning.

yes martyn those are the ones. Somebody has deep pockets. I also missed the wa7 foriegn regt in green. I missed the end bidding or that one would have been over $400 too. I was also trying to get that northwest frontier set but was not near a computer for the end. Maybe next time they come up i will win. I wonder what a set of sepoys from the nw series would go for

They would fetch a good price, they don't come up very often. An early set of 5 NWF Bengal Infantry figures recently sold on Ebay for $228

also, the afghans set went for $338. Ouch!

that was a nice set, i bid 300 thinking i would win it. I haven't seen that one before . The three standing firing pieces are nice. Its the the last afhan set i need in the series

Thanks guys, will get the pms sent today, was wondering of someone had a good picture of the 28th North gloucester figure with kings colour?

Thanks, Scott

Hi Scott

If you don't have one then contact sales@mklmodels.co.uk and buy yourself the MKL catalogue, it is a little goldmine and has pages of info on Trophy NAP sets

Cheers
