A downed Spitfire comes to rest in the bushes against a stone barn somewhere in southern England 1940 ...

And a different set up....

Shame you had to damage a great item like the Spitfire to make this excellent scene. As usual your photos are crisp Duke. Robin.

every picture tells a story...this one included...nice story...nice photography work...

Very nice Duke and it's hard to decide which one I like best. The pic with the Spit's wing down looks great but I like the other one's with the tree hanging over the spit with it's wing up.

Tom, I couldn't decide which one/ones I liked the best.... wing up/ wing down so I just posted each way. Thanks

Mike, that's the fun part for me of coming up with a scene... what story can be told and what/which characters (figures/vehicles/etc) are needed. Thanks

Thanks Robin, I did not have to damage this Spit.... it's a 1/32 Revell model kit I built and painted a few years ago and I just carefully placed it in the scene.

Perfect background for this scene. Love the ambulance. Well done!

Thanks WO

Another beauty mate when you going to share your secrets.

Thanks mate, not really any secrets about it just great stuff from K&C/JG Miniatures/BAR and a built model kit add a backdrop, get out the camera and walaah! :)

Duke you have mastered the art....................:salute::
Wayne.

Thanks Wayne, those are nice words coming from a true artist.

Love it Duke. That is what I call imaginative!!!
