Hi, Peavee, are they all marked "IR" underneath? That's Imrie-Risley, if so.

Looking for the link to their website....

Only the Skinner's Horse on top of the box has that designation. The others are unknown.

Here you go:

Imrie-Risley represents the collaboration of two pioneers of American model soliders, Bill Imrie and Clyde Risley, reflecting the transition from toys to more detailed miniature figures. A couple of generation of military modelers grew up on their figures, and I think they still hold up very well today.

Bill and Clyde have both passed away, but Bill's widow, Helen (namesake for Bill's Helenic Miniatures, his first venture) still runs the business. They have closed the physical store location, after many years, but still maintain the business as Internet and mail-order sales.

I'm a big fan of their Revolutionary War figures, but browse the catalog and see the variety of subjects that they covered.

Hope that helps, prost!

Ha! Took too long to post. OK, well, that's one down, at least.

The others with bases--do they have any kind of markings?

Prost!
Brad

I am trying to add another photo but it won't upload. Need to adjust it. Coming soon , I hope. Thanks for link.

On closer look at the other figure with a base, it looks like it was cast with a Prins August mold. Prins August makes molds for homecasters, hobbyists, to cast their own toy soldiers. The others may be homecast, too.

Prost!
Brad

ok, Here is another photo and this is one of a set. I have 4 troopers with pennants, this one with a flag, and may have another one also. Does anyone have any clues?

The Skinner's Lancer on the horse without the base appears to be a Somerset figure. He is in the yellow kurta and has a broken lance tip. -- Al

Peavee,

I'd go along with Brad, the figure and horse on the left (blue uniform with arm missing) certainly looks like he is a Prince August figure. See here-

The figure in green is painted as Gordon's Horse.

These figures will restore nicely!

Peavee,

I'm sure you can buy direct from their website. Keep in mind that they sell the moulds only.

GICOP Colonel Which ones look like Trophy to you ? The ones in red jackets?

Hi peavee

These two, I believe, are Trophy Miniatures of Wales

Set PW14 - MOUNTED WITH FLAG
Set PW16 - MOUNTED SOWAR

They could be either UDAIPUR (MEWAR) STATE FORCE or JODPUR STATE FORCE

Cheers
