I agree that the exchange rate can be a problem and has been for Canadian, NZ and Aussie customers since July last year.
However King and Country has to have a base currency and they are in Hong Kong and the HK$ has been fixed to the US$ for about 25 years now.
Not sure what is happening in Canada and NZ but the Oz prices at the moment are the best they have been for about 8 months.
I think one of the problems is that there is too much good stuff around and not just from K&C and people have to make hard decisions about which to buy. If you consider Honour Bound, Figarti, First Legion and Collectors Showcase they all started in the last five years and in the same period K&C's variety and range has also increased.
I sell the stuff and as much as I like WWI and II and the Crusaders and some Jenkins I have to stick to Napoleonics or I and my family would not be eating !
