I've got my Great Grandfather's gift box. Passed on from his wife (he was killed in the war) to my Grandfather, on to my uncle and now to me. I'll see if at some point my son can cope with the idea of a box that doesn't have a battery compartment in it :rolleyes2:

Hi Brad,

If you want to get a hold of one of the tins there are about 15 on ebay world wide. I see them fairly often and think anywhere from $100 down is a ballpark price. Ones with the items still inside are worth more but they don't come up too often with the items inside so I can only guess that a fair price for one would be 250 to 350 US
