I'm glad you also purchased the Airfix book. Great nostalgia, huh? As for living in Hawaii, you are in the wrong hobby and who needs to watch movies? That's surf turf. Cowabunga!!!

The Airfix book brought back a flood of memories. When I was younger I surfed a lot, but now my mind wants to go, but my body won't. Till this day, when I see a beautiful wave, its like looking at a beautiful woman.

I love the older movies. My relatives owned and were managing a movie house. Hence I spent a great deal of time watching movies during my early childhood. I even helped to change the rolls of film in the projector room and also wrote the daily showtime posters. The movie house was contracted to show Warner Brothers and Shaw Brothers movies. I practically saw all the movies from these two producers for free then.
