Questions and Answers from the HK Event Part I (1 Viewer)

I can understand why Americans would like to see a New Orleans dimension, but personally, I'd much rather see the earlier battles of the war fought on the Niagara frontier covered.

Brendan

Afternoon, Brendan … Most certainly!

My thought is that the N.O. is much more well known (in the US anyway) due to the movies (Charlton Heston as Old Hickory in the 1956 classic "the Buccaneer" ) and School, books and songs from Johnny Horton and more.

With a bigger base maybe the War of 1812 will garner some attention from collectors. {sm4}

Okay, Brendan there is you and me …. hummmm that is TWO!

Pete, there was a prize that was awarded. It was a certain "bezerker" figure that some say bears a resemblance to Mike Miller.;) I believe that it was mentioned that it was essentially the first in a new range. Seeing as how its a figure of a Viking, perhaps that was what the answer above was alluding to.

I’m reasonably certain that the ‘Dark Ages’ series that includes the Bezerker is the ‘Age of Arthur’ series that was named in the prize giving.

I think this allows John to open up quite a few ranges in a good 800-1000 year period

I figured out how to hijack FB video and post it to YT:

This is Vicknor's work, BTW.

I'm simply the hacker-in-chief in this instance!{sm2}

Amazing detailed Wildcat, certainly is a beauty from the talents of John Jenkins. Thanks for posting video. Robin.

See if I can make this work one more time; this is another sneak-peak set from the Conquistadors/Aztec range:

BGC Pilot and Motorcycle:

Like that one, sorta like "Top Gun, WWI."

A german mechanic with Mercedes engine:

Gotta have that one!

Last but note least, an Aztec warrior:

That's pretty much it as far as sneak peaks are concerned.

Again, Vicknor did it!:D

The wife did this one, something to do with that handsome bugger on the left.

Congrats KC,

I can't see your prize. The image is a black-out, as are the video clips.

Raymond. :salute:: {bravo}}

Motor bike, mechanic's engine and WOR artillery piece are all on the hit list. Start saving it seems. Robin.

Hi Moe,

I seem to have a problem viewing all video clips on the forum, not just this thread.

Perhaps, I should ask for help in the Forum Issues section.

I am on Windows 10 Home and Explorer 11 as browser.

It may be a browser issue.

Thanks, Raymond. :confused:

I have the same issue. Just a black square.

It was a browser issue in my case.

I switched to Google Chrome and it has fixed the problem.

Hope it works for you.

Raymond.

The other workaround is to watch the clips on a smartphone or tablet.

I haven’t used IE, willingly, in over twenty years.
