Now, THAT is the perfect send off for a dangerous mission.:salute:::salute:::salute:: -- Al

We would never have got off the runway if this type of thing had been going on!!!
Excellent set up who produced the figure??
Mitch

Thanks guys. Mitch, the figures are from Frontline Figures.

That's just great! ^&grin..makes a nice change to see this type of scenario.

I don't normally come down here - but glad I did. Now that's what I think toy soldiers (and soldierettes) should be for. To make you smile. Lovely idea and well done. Thanks for making me smile - wonder if he made her smile later? johnnybach

Nice touch Duke - she's quite a hottie for a toy figure, and a great little morale booster.^&grin Except for the blonde hair she kind of reminds me of my favorite Waaf Brit actress Dana Wynter. And now that I'm finished fixating on her, I can say the rest of the dio is also well done........Thanks for the tasteful tease.......

Joe

I was not familiar with the Frontline RAF figures before. I took a look after your post. I wouldn't mind having one of those for my own RAF dio one of these days. I love little cute side stories like that. I am also looking at one of the K&C figures with dog for the same reason. Thanks!!!

Duke,

Is that the 1/32nd Corgi. Remember seeing it a few years ago and seriously thought about getting it but when I came back, it was gone. Great looking plane.

Thanks again guys for all the comments. Brad, that is a 1/32 Corgi I picked up a couple of years ago. It's a big and heavy plane with wingspan a tad over 20 inches.

Hi Duke,

That is a nice distraction for the returning Mossie pilot after a successful mission.

The lady sure knows when to flash her garter.....

Thanks, Raymond:salute::

Thanks Raymond. I was trying to do something a little different than the typical war scene and Frontline Figures set made that possible, a great little set of figures.
