Re-arranging the shleves (2 Viewers)

Well see Roy, there's the problem. You Brits just don't give the proper respect to Tonatiuh , the Sun God. He demands human sacrifice as tribute and without it refuses to move through the sky.

Think of the convenience, no more trips to Spain or the south of France just to catch a few days of warmth and sunshine.

I think when most collectors look at a toy soldier it reminds them of something that interested them, like something in history, or a film or a book. They are able to escape reality and fantasise about what might have occurred or what would I have done in those times. Your right they were cutthroat gold hunters but were they any different from any era or any war. I don't think so. I know you are very interested in the War of Roses series but when you think about English killing English in a civil war so that somebody can gain power or whatever, pretty stupid. That is human nature and whether it was power, greed or religion there will always be conflict. You like what interests you and others might like something different. Keep enjoying the hobby. Regards Greg.

Spot on Greg, we like what we like. :salute:: All war is pretty stupid for sure - indeed all aggression...........

My own view is that the Wars of the Roses was more a long lasting vicious fued between the ruling classes and their retinues rather than a full blown Civil War.
Not just English either - The Welsh and mercenaries involved (along with a lot of mischief from the French) :)
Game of Thrones indeed ^&grin

^&grin I have to tell you Dragoon - My wife and I stopped the trips to Spain (never been to the South of France) some years ago.
We are quite happy staying here with the Green Man...................

I now have a dedicated shelf for King Richard's final roll of the dice..........

I recently bought another Yorkist mounted knight - I re-painted some details and removed the plumes to in an effort to make him look a little different:

Great job Old Bill !

You'll get your 'Yorkist' numbers up to full force yet.

Really like the work you did on the horse.

Thank you for posting.

I believe there will be at least one more mounted figure with lance held up.
Artillery set, casualties and several new infantry figures.
Hopefully John will have more information for us at the MFCA show.
