Join the club and same problem on there Facebook page

Tried to contact Ken on the forum, blocked now, although once upon a time years ago he contacted me out of the Blue this way. Tried the WB contact details, sent six months ago, no response. Seems only way is to grab Ken at one of the toy shows, if he still goes. Not very satisfactory to say the least. Robin.

Well, apparently he’s not too busy to attend Louis’ event :rolleyes2:

We'll have to wait till the symposium, to know for sure.

Louis has indicated in his posts that Ken is attending as a guest of honor so he will be there. Wait, I have an idea %^V people should send their WB questions to Louis since apparently Ken responds to Louis’ emails and/or telephone calls.

I have never had a problem getting touch with them here is the number at the office (419) 865-5077. Ken has been on the road a lot lately so call the office and they will help you out.

Calling them has been the best option for me lately as well.

I haven’t tried to call WB in awhile but I was able to get ahold of someone when I did call. However, not everyone may be able to do that, especially overseas customers. It’s too bad it’s otherwise hard to get ahold of Ken because he has a very engaging personality.

Totally agree Brad !make you wonder what going on with the company

How are you contacting them Howard ?

By phone and most of the time Erika answers. I have asked for Ken but he is busy and has not been able to talk but he is usually there also. If you get a chance to talk to him he is very engaging.

It shouldn’t have to come to that. A few weeks ago I sent them an email through their site inquiring about the 88. I’m still waiting for a reply.

I have never had a problem getting a hold of them by phone. You all need to remember there are only 3-4 people working at Britain’s now so there maybe times when you can’t reach them.

I agree Brad , not a great way to run a business

This is the UK Phone number you need to use to contact W Britains : 08000869123 its a free phone number, if you use the US number you will be charged, and remember they are on eastern standard time.

Collectors are world wide, I am from Australia, and we always had a response via email in the past, in particular from the UK branch, never get a response from the US site , tried 3 times asking when items will be released etc, nothing , very odd treating collectors who are the customers this way
