Refuges did play a significant role in all modern war. Even Napoleon had to contend with crowded roads when he was on the march.
I don't know if I would purchase any. For me its the soldiers, sailors, marines and airmen that attract me not the civilians. However, I am certain that if civilians were to be produced by K&C, or anyother of the great manufacturers, that they would be done well and with superior workmanship. If anyone wants to see what has been done in the past just look at the K&C Dickens series on Bill Sagers site or if you can find'em, I think it wasTraditions that did a lot of glossy civilians from the 1880 to 1910 time frame.
