Regal Zulu Wars (1 Viewer)

Hi Martyn,
they only had these guys from the HMS Shah set at the moment, they are planning to paint up samples of all the sets so that they can get photos on the web site.

Cheers
Scott

Hello Scott,
Thank you for the pictures, this set looks really good but surely could use a 3 extra figures :)
Please keep us posted.
Al

Many thanks Scott, they do look really impressive:cool:

Cheers

Martyn:)

Alan has just finished painting up lots of the Zulu War sets for stock so have taken lots of photos and they are now on the blog here http://regaltoysoldiers.wordpress.com/toy-soldiers/zulu-war-range/
I have listed them in their sets with their set numbers so they tie in with the Regal web site. Set ZW10/A iNdlondlo Regiment is a completely new set, these figures being the very first painted (they're the first photo below) and the 17th Lancers were never listed on any catalog so Alan reckons there's only one or two sets out there.

Very nice Scott, will there be any sets at the London Show in June?

Cheers

Martyn:)

These are terrific traditional figures!:cool::cool::cool: They look like a cross between Trophy's sculpting and Imperial's painting. Its a shame I never came across these when I was collecting glossy figures back in the late 80's and 90's . . . :)

I thought the very same thing Louis when I look at them as well. They are very nicely done. Perhaps Martyn will pick up a few then we can have a butchers at them :)

Regal make two different ship crew, HMS Active in all white uniforms with blue caps and HMS Shah in the blue uniforms with the sennet hat. I saw some on the paint bench so will take some photos of them when they're finished

Cheers

Scott,
Best news I've had all day/month! That was an easy sell! I'm in love with these figs.
