Return From Elba (1 Viewer)

Yep it does brighten up the morning.

Keep them fonts coming! :)

I told Shannon in NYC that I would release hundreds of WELLINGTONS - just for fun .............. she went - oh no.......

Someone who can cheer for both Napoleon and Wellington, now theres a real Napoleonic fan!

Hi to Ron ... from the other side of the other pond, the Pacific.
You sure brighten up the forum ... not surprising given that I am another Napoleonic supporter.

Anyway ... Ron's return from Elba, has been well received by the French side. Ron has even offered peace to the Allies ... and unlike 1815, there has been no declaration of war.

See ... history doesn't always repeat itself :D :D :D

He certainly does brighten up this forum. His enthusiasm is contagious, and thats coming from a Wellington supporting Brit!.Maybe he should bring his French cavalry over in December, i'll set up my British square and we will recreate a famous Waterloo event over a few whiskys. They say the Scots Greys were p***** up on the day anyway!(you'd have to be come to think of it!)

Perhaps you could rally around Wapoleon or his arch rival Nellington and get a little revisionist history going. ;)

Just like the British squares at Waterloo Ron!
