Fair question.

We used Conte Romans as our scale baseline as we felt he had done more of an enthusiastic job when he came out with his. The image below shows you our Romans next to two Conte pieces.

Also FYI: we are 70% pre-sold on our Romans. So they have been a re-sounding success and they ship in 10 days to boot! In regards to our next sets, well lets just say: they are already at the factory.

Cheers!

Brian

Thank you brian for getting back to me so quickly.smart move to do 54 --not a lot of roman figures to mix with the 60mm.gives more choices for display imo..they look great already have my dealer holding me these sets and the great new tiger.thanks again brian keep the amazing product coming and i will keep buying along with a lot of others.

This good news! Very kind of you Brian to answer Mike B.'s question as you did w/ the posting of a very helpful pic indeed. I have always enjoyed the emotional impact of Conte's intensity and fever pitch battle animation, and no doubt you do too! Congrats on the magnificent next level ferocity and artistry and beyond of your Romans and Barbarians. Will you be producing any female Barbarians other than Boudicca?

(a loaded question if there ever was one!)

I would like to see Boudicca.........!!!!!!!^&grin.....I think and hope this series would and could far ..........^&grin^&grin^&grin

I spoke to Brian briefly about his Roman series at the San Antonio Show in May and he told me that he used the old Conte Rome sereies as a reference for his scale on his new series...I started collecting a few sets of the Contes a while back...this is exciting news...Conte's old Rome series placed next to Conte's new Winter Game's Rome series seem to be very compatible...I have preordered all of Brian's Rome series and am anxious to get them...

Rome has arrived^&grin. These figures look great!!!!! Good job Brian keep them coming! I put a CS figure, FL figure and a aeroart figure next to each other. CS is the biggest but for the most part I think FL and CS can match up.
