Known by very few, the Germans developed a SUPER TIGER that was only thought to be one of, but new photos have emerged of a second one from the Ardennes front. This Super Tiger was designated the Mark XII since it was exactly twice as big as the Tiger I or Panzer Mark VI. The Germans just took the blueprints from the Tiger I and doubled the size. Long lost photos from the Battle of the Bulge are shown below.^&grin{sm3}{eek3}

I also did a scene of the SUPER TIGER a few months ago from the Russian front.:)

Just trying to lighten things up a bit this afternoon. K&C BBA figures from early sets with a 1/18 Winter Tiger I from 21st Century.

The Battle of the Bulge range is one of the K&C areas I've focused on, so hoping Andy will continue this excellent line.

VERY DIFFERENT IDEA.I LIKE IT.MIKE B.{sm3}{sm3}{sm4}

I'm betting that from the POV of the poor GI facing a Mk.VI at the BoB, this size distortion is about correct.{eek3} -- Al

From the looks of that beast I think the safest place is maybe "UNDER" the tiger. :confused:
It appears that you could fit a whole platoon and still have room for a General or two.

Nice to see the light hearted side of the hobby. See this is FUN!:D

Thanks all. Glad you like it. I'll have to come up with some more scenes for the lighter side of things.:tongue:

Joe, lets run and take shelter behind the trees.
They did not tell us that tigers are part of the fauna of the Ardennes.We need an "elephant" to fight this beast.
Nicely done ,great effect.
guy:tongue:
