Would be interested to speak to any collector that has any figures by David Sparrow. He is a great model maker and worked under the name S&S Miniatures. The figures were sold through MKL at the Guards Museum.
Would be interested in buying any sets to add to my collection.
Not a trader just a completist collector, much to my wifes annoyance
Thanks,Mark

Hi Mark

I don't have any S&S sets but would the sets# be prefixed SS, if so I think I know where there are a few:wink2:

Cheers

Martyn:)

Hi Martyn,thanks for your reply.
The sets are prefixed SS normally in a Burgundy colour box but also can be found in MKL boxes.
David Sparrow did British Victorian figures and some modern figures-some with SLR and some with SA80.
I think there is a firm that make WWII German figures and I believe they use the SS prefix on their sets. These ones are not David Sparrow. He didn't cover this period.
Would be really interested to see if these are by David.
Thanks for your reply,Mark
