Sagers Site & Selling? (1 Viewer)

15 days later no communication despite my four e-mails and no figure. Per e-bay I have to wait until the 28th and can then open a case against the seller.

Alexander, if it helps, when I communicated a week or so ago with Sager’s via eBay messaging, their response contained the following contact info in the signature. It may be worth a try calling them directly, if you haven’t done so already... I would think that if the item you bought wasn’t in stock they would at least reply and let you know.

Here’s the contact info I received:

Thank you I will give it a try I still have no communication nor the figure.

18 days and no resolution, case opened with ebay and negative feedback left. Will not be purchasing from them again.
I paid and have no figure nor a response to my messages.

Understandable and a shame it came to that. Can I assume that you tried to reach him on the phone without success then?

I communicated via e-mail. I did not call for two reasons: if not for this forum I would not have the number (most ebayers would not), and more importantly I do not view it as the buyers responsibility to chase the seller for days in order to get an answer as to the status of the order 18 days later. If you list an item in stock (the listing stated 3 available) you better be ready to ship when you receive the money. At the end of the day this is misrepresentation and fraudulent. Stating that you have the figure, taking peoples money, and then not communicating for 18 days will not earn you any customers!!! Second time this happens to me with Sagers, I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time, it will not happen again!

...and it happened again.

I ordered two FL figures that were in stock. As soon as I paid, the figures status was changed to not in stock until September. I asked for a refund, no response, I then asked PayPal to open a case. Sagers eventually issued a refund but had no money in their account per PayPal (I am assuming PayPal) to cover the refund. I am still waiting: order placed on August 10th, asked for a refund the next day, September 5th and still waiting for my refund while Sagers never responded to me. It is really a shame to treat customers this way.

It is my fault that I decided on order from them again given my prior experience.
