One week to go until David has my Eastern diorama wrapped up for the London show!!!(hopefully):)...this is a project that began on paper back in early summer!!! with alot of ideas back and forth, and now it has come to the finished product, can not tell you all how excited I am to see the dio at the show, David is going to send some updated pics soon, as when he does I'll post them, so hoping next week flies by quickly, I get my Christmas tree next Saturday as well as seeing the dio!! gonna be a great weekend topped off by the Raven/Steeler game!!can't wait...Sammy

Great looking diorama cant wait to see more pictures. Sammy looks like you will have one great diorama for your collection.

Hi Guys,

I will upload some of the latest pics from Daivd this afternoon, the dio is set to head to London and is mostly complete except for a few tiles on the church roof, the dio is one of the best I have seen, not because it's mine, just the detail in the buildings/church are something I haven't seen before, see you all this afternoon...Sammy

Ok guys, here are the photos. I will have to post them in 2 seperate postings since there are 17 photos. Enjoy! Sammy

I hope to see it for real tomorrow but if I can't get there due to the snow distruption, this will do....as Louis says just Magnificent!

That could be the best diorama I have ever seen in this hobby.:cool::cool::cool::cool::cool: Magnificent!

Coming form you Louis that's a big statement since you have some very nice dios already, but I agree with you it's one of a kind that's for sure and I guess that's why I like Davids work, it just feels like it puts you there in the battle itself!!! and the detail of the small things to me are important, like the wall paper inside the buildings:eek:... no he didn't have to do that nobody can see that from a distance but he takes the time to cover the small things that make it thst much more realistic, the door on the church, the tank tracks in the dios base:eek::eek: unreal!!!! my hope is to have David to build me one dio a year for my curio, it has 6 different shelves so I have plenty room, at least for the next 5 years:)...Sammy

Sammy, I've been watching this come together and I have to say this is a truly wonderful scenic. So many possibilities for cool pictures.

I hope we see some pics once you get it setup at home.

Here are the pictures from the London Show with FL troops.

Sammy the dio is great. The church is really impressive and the detailing with the tiles is amazing.
