Hi there

Here are a few pictures of the samurai I am currently painting. Still plenty to do but I can see the end of the tunnel right now :)

Cheers

That is exquisite. Well done and should be entered into competition to get the recognition it deserves.

P.S.
I plan to enter this figure in the World Expo in Chicago (2017) and maybe some other shows in Europe.{/QUOTE]
Fantastic.

My goodness Alex, it's as good as it gets and it's not even done yet! This is a glorious achievement. Thank you so much for sharing the stellar images. I hope to someday be able to paint with such beauty and precision. I love your expert blending. It is all so real and alive!

Cheers,
Joe

Hi All,

A beautifully painted piece. It is a Pegaso model.

Yes Blaster, you are faster than me .
It's NOT a Russian Manufacturer, but painted by ...
And in my opinion, a painted figure presented on different forum could no be allowed to compete in any event ; the painter is known and he must be anonymous in competition .

Nowadays, this is a very good painting of the Pegaso .

Thank you guys for the kind words.

The figure was sculpted by Viktor Konnov and js simply a joy to paint.
The only modification I have made to the kit is replaced the cast naginata with a steel one.
All details on the steel naginata are painted.
There is still a lot to do on this figure
I will keep you posted.

Ches

Alex
