Just finished this flat of the Scots Grays charge at Waterloo, based on the Lady Butler painting. Hope you like it.

I have it posted in the 30mm Napoleonice thread, but just realized that painters may not find it there.

IF your're interested in flats - or just curious - check out my club site:

Check out the Gallery section and the gallery in the Forum section.

Time is a problem for us all - and you have to decide whether you will spend time online or painting. I prefer to paint!

You have a great site. I still do rounds, but have been concentrating in flats for the last 5 years or so.

If you're interested, here's a link to my "What's New" site with photos of my latest works.

For years, I painted and restored toy soldiers until I had all the ones I want - and space was too tight. Then I switched to military miniatures - more work - less figures. :) .... and from there to flats - which I have always collected and painted.

Keep up the good work.

Very nice! You are talent guy... because painting flats is not easy task, I never tried but know some people who have done and I admire the patient talent.
Me too, I do prefer spending time painting or with my kids than plug in front of a computer, but eventually i will have to refresh my site. Presently i am working on many projects in the same time but concentrate an special one that I am commission for a friend, hope be able to complete soon, is a 90mm detailed figure from Pegaso.

I advise you to check the Planet figure website you will see many flats painted over there

Thanks for the kind words.

I do get to planet figure and the other figure sites frequently, but thanks for mentioning it.

Those projects can kill ya! Good luck with your Pegaso project. They make a fine line of figures!
