Seehund Repaint (1 Viewer)

Been trying to get this repainted for what seems an age. I have been able to do a little more work and have now got all the decals on and ready to start weathering and repainting the torpedoes. Based on a boat that operated during Jan/May 45 around the German coast. I will be repainting the carriage it came on and adding a few bits which I will post when finished for those interested

Does the boat have torpedoes attached on either side ?....am sure I have seen a photo of it somewhere....TomB

Nice job Mitch. This looks very nice in grey. I regret not buying one of these when available. I would have loved to make a scene as K&C pictures with the jetty.
Well done!

EDIT: As popular as U-Boats are, I'm surprised K&C never expanded the Kriegsmarine line. I'd love to see some new larger pieces, esp. another sub.

Yes it does have torpedoes but, I removed them to assist with repainting and to ensure that they were properly painted before re-fitting them
