With Brian making high spec armour at great prices don't you think they should start making planes as well ?

I think maybe for the time being, he should hold off on the planes. There are still many "land" AFV's that need to be covered.. Frankly, what he should do, make a couple more versions of the "88" cannon..

It would be nice to see some British armour instead of more Tigers , Sherman , can't believe the lack of British stuff being made & what the point of all the company's making the same stuff

I don't know if I am honest. Brian is doing IMO top quality products across a wide range and, has recently said he will be doing lots more armour including Brumbars and Jagdpanthers etc for the WWII guys. I would like to see his focus stay on the ranges he is doing now and don't think he needs to divert resources into aircraft, the AK 88mm was superb and with the technological advances the company has made I am sure a new one would be a huge hit.

Keeping the feet on the ground seems a good move as others are doing aircraft but, even in relatively low runs are not selling out the only aircraft I have seen disapear are the hurricanes all others are available still.

Saying that if CS released one I would probably get one anyway

Now I could go for a Comet!

A couple of years back, they said they were going to and that it would be the state of the art but nothing ever happened. My guess that what Brian had in mind, which sounded very nice, was probably too expensive.

I think that one might be surprised in the next year or two. I would not count Brian out of anything!

I think that whatever Brian decides his main mission should be to keep price controls on. What is going on with other companies is going to only hurt our great hobby. Collectors Showcase can become the leader in this industry with their new quality. Larry.

NO i haven't got much room left....................:D, all seriousness would like to see a plane done the TCS way if they went for something left field something different........:)

I agree. I think CS may have the best quality for the money right now. I buy from lots of manufacturers, but cost is getting to be a major issue.

I would prefer that CS concentrate on their excellent armor and figures rather than move into the air. With their detail and price point, they should just keep hammering at the ground war instead of moving into the air where prices will have to rise. JMO. -- Al

Not one to tell CS what to do with their production lines. I would say emphatically that I would not buy any airplanes from any manufacturer- WW1, W2 or modern era. I simply do not have the money to divert to it nor the interest.

Sure, tackle the aircraft please. Why not diversify and add to the stability of the company by potentially attracting a wider more diverse customer base. As always, please do the proper R&D first.

Check Six,
Beau
