Thank you very much. I am also looking forward to the 4th Skraeling offering in October . . . I have one pre-ordered

Very nice! These Skraeling/Beothuk figures make such an interesting “opponent” for John’s Viking figures… It always gives me chills to think that the Vikings actually reached North America, established a short-lived colony, and encountered the Native Americans centuries before Columbus and the Spanish did.

I certainly agree. When John first hinted at these during his Advent Calendar sketches, I knew I would be pairing my Vikings up with them.

Really interesting piece of history with a lot of what if's scenarios to be explored with these figures. Well done on your first scene with them Mike :salute::

Viking-Indigenous American series: genius!

Also, making all Indigenous Americans: genius!

Thanks so much JJD!

SA natives in future? Maybe not - the N America is the big collecting market! Still, an under-made continent. Incas would be pretty.

Paddy

PS Thanks for keeping the JJD flowing for us Julie & Treefrog.

Inca would be a neat idea and fit right in with the “Conquest of the Americas” line… John could do set featuring the capture of the Inca emperor Atahualpa in by Spanish forces under Francisco Pizarro during the Battle of Cajamarca in 1532. There are some famous paintings of this event and it’s a dramatic episode.
