Sneak Peek (1 Viewer)

Thanks for all the sneak peak info Pete!

But let me get this straight. According to your description 5(?) V2 related sets have been announced so far:

1) Camo V2 with three figures (including Von Braun)
2) Black/White V2 with three different figures
3) Supplemental figure set "A" with glasses guy and the three figures from Black/White V2
4) Supplemental figure set "B" with glasses guy again and the three figures from Camo V2 except with alternate Von Braun?
5) Fire control vehicle

Is this an accurate breakdown?

Close.

1) Camo V2 with three figures (including Von Braun)
2) Black/White V2 with three different figures (one of them a different sculpt of Von Braun - you can see him in the previous post)
3) Supplemental figure set "A" with glasses guy and the three figures from Black/White V2
4) Supplemental figure set "B" with glasses guy again and the three figures from Camo V2
5) Fire control vehicle

So if you buy both V-2's you get two different Von Braun's but no "guy in glasses"?

Hi Peter,

Thanks a lot.

i can sleep easy now.

i'll get the new V2, command vehicle, and set B then;)

i'll use the set B for the V2, and the figures from the black/white V2 for the V1.:D

Hopefully, a longer launch pad and control station for the V1.:p

Correct - the guy in glasses is only available in the add-on sets, not with the V-2's themselves.

Maybe Figarti should consider selling him as a stand alone figure since I'm sure many collectors will buy both V-2's and have no reason to purchase the add-on set.

Same here! This is really good news because I think I missed out on the camo V2 but now I don't need to worry as much because I can get the figures separately if needed. Another good move Figarti (except maybe for those buying both V2s).

I have the original camouflage V-2 and plan to purchase the new V-2, so I agree with Combat that the officer with glasses should be available separately.:)

Is this the type of V-2 "fire control vehicle" that we should expect?

This may be obvious to others, but I assume that what is meant by "fire control" here relates to launching functions (i.e. "firing" of the rocket) and not some type of emergency response vehicle.

Yeah, that's it, for launching of the V2, not emergency response. It's armored on the back to shield the firing crew in case the V2 tips over and explodes which happened every so often.

The next vehicle for Figarti to make after this could be the trailer trasporter (Meillerwagen) which was also used to erect the missile and double as scaffolding, and then maybe one of the various fuel tanker vehicles.

Just reading up on the V-2 and there were as many as 32 support vehicles associated with a launch! Hopefully Figarti has some mercy on us.

Hi Combat,

It sounds like your sources were speaking of a standard 3 rocket battery system :) ?

The V2s are currently in production and we'll get them on the website for preordering just as soon as we receive pictures from Figarti of the exact figures that will be included with the test V2 set.
The price of the new V2 set will be the same as the original so feel free to preorder by email in the meantime. We expect the pictures to be released in the next day or so.

Regards.

Hi Shannon,

can you divulge what other items are Figarti going to release this round?

I'm definitely going for the V2, is the Figure sets and V2 Command Vehicle will be released together?

Pls let us know.

Sincerely,

Nasir Kasmani.
