As promised, here is the image of the guys looking at the V-1.

Thanks for all the sneak peak info Pete!
But let me get this straight. According to your description 5(?) V2 related sets have been announced so far:
1) Camo V2 with three figures (including Von Braun)
2) Black/White V2 with three different figures
3) Supplemental figure set "A" with glasses guy and the three figures from Black/White V2
4) Supplemental figure set "B" with glasses guy again and the three figures from Camo V2 except with alternate Von Braun?
5) Fire control vehicle
Is this an accurate breakdown?
So if you buy both V-2's you get two different Von Braun's but no "guy in glasses"?
Correct - the guy in glasses is only available in the add-on sets, not with the V-2's themselves.
i can sleep easy now.
i'll get the new V2, command vehicle, and set B then![]()
I have the original camouflage V-2 and plan to purchase the new V-2, so I agree with Combat that the officer with glasses should be available separately.Maybe Figarti should consider selling him as a stand alone figure since I'm sure many collectors will buy both V-2's and have no reason to purchase the add-on set.
Is this the type of V-2 "fire control vehicle" that we should expect?

This may be obvious to others, but I assume that what is meant by "fire control" here relates to launching functions (i.e. "firing" of the rocket) and not some type of emergency response vehicle.
Just reading up on the V-2 and there were as many as 32 support vehicles associated with a launch! Hopefully Figarti has some mercy on us.
The V2s are currently in production and we'll get them on the website for preordering just as soon as we receive pictures from Figarti of the exact figures that will be included with the test V2 set.
The price of the new V2 set will be the same as the original so feel free to preorder by email in the meantime. We expect the pictures to be released in the next day or so.
Regards.
