I was very impressed with the trees that Kenneth Ferguson (Dragoon) used in a recent photo of his first Battle on Snowshoes figures that he posted on the JJD Collectors FB group. So much so I decided to search for similar ones. These were made by Dept 56 and were available from 1999 to 2006 so I wasn't sure if I would be able to find them. As luck would have it I did! Not only the set of three but also the single XL tree. The XL tree is 13- inches tall and the set of three trees are 7, 9, and 11-inches tall. Perfect sizes for 1/30 scale figures. Here's a quick pic of a fur trapper making his way through the wintery mountain wilderness.

- Seeing your post made me think I'd better get a few more while they're still around. ;)

Great find Mike. They look pretty good and seem to fit in well with JJ's figures.

Yes these work perfectly. Can remember quite often exploring Dept. 56 extensive snow range of buildings and accessories to see what would work with my collection. Robin.

Ken, since posting this, I've been able to source another set of three Pequot Pines (56.52818) as well as another XL Pequot Pines (56.52829). I should receive them at the end of this week.
