Looks fantastic but for such a monster its fuel consumption and maneuvrability meant it wasn't much of a "hunter". Perhaps a case of too clever by half.

Had to add this chaps, I got mine today and am so pleased with it, great job from K&C

Rob, Congratulation on the new catch. Guess you you are probably enjoying your JagdTiger tank as much as I am enjoying mine.

funny how the promo pics and box artwork makes the camo colour look garish as compared to in the flesh????
Mitch

Guys, I understand the Jagdtiger is selling very well, so I just wondered what SL number you got, mine is 153.

Rob

Thanks for the pics.Like everyone else has noticed, looks much better than the promo squares.^&grin

Yes, the real thing is even better than the photos give it credit for. As well as the camo scheme that looks really good, the finish on the surface of the Tank is very well done. It has a battered battle worn appearance overall which is very effective, overall this is a superb release and I'm really glad I grabbed one. The Jagdtiger weighs in at 1.667kg (with crew)compared to the King Tiger at 1.444kg . It proved very popular at the London show and I don'tknow how long this will be around, for anyone who wants a collection spanning the whole of German WW2 AFV production I can't recommend this enough.

Rob..

Surprised at the weight of yours. I have the Jagdtiger at 1.72 KG and the Konigstiger at dead on 2kg. Including all crew in these weights. I have weighed it at home and at post office as I knew I was getting one through the post for repainting which, I recieved on saterday.

It even feels lighter in the hand which, is why I mentioned it in the first post

Well I only weighed it on the kitchen scales and thats what it said, but they could be wrong no doubt.

Congratulations Rob:smile2:. I have 558:salute::
