Andy got some samples from one of the Chinese factories he is in contact with. The first picture says it all.







The planes are welded metal. Notice the nut and bolt external gas tank and out-of-scale tail wheel.

I'm just glad he's pursuing samples. I'm sure there must be a factory willing and able to produce Warbirds of K&C quality.

Gentlemen, for the record, I have not yet obtained any of the sample aircraft. That doesn't mean that when Andy finally chooses a factory I won't try to snag a sample or two.
