Couple of days until the new month, what are people expecting?

We had the US D Day major vehicle release in April 19, so will we see some Normandy/D Day Germans? Possibly a bunker? Would be good to have a flak bunker? German vehicles, repaints of the R35 for the battle with the US Paras around Saint-Mere-Eglise and the causeway. Lets hope there are some Canadians or British in there as well, what about a RM Centaur or a new Churchill tank, think it would be too much to ask for some of Hobarts funnies, a swimming Sherman, with skirt dropped or partially dropped as it moves up the beach, a Sherman Crab of a Churchill with a flying dustbin [bunker buster]. More fighting Brit infantry would be great, as would US Rangers at pointe du Hoc, but so would many things.

I will be going the first week in July 2019 [not June too many tourists and politicians] and following Operation Totalise route, as well as inward from Gold Beach and the route from Utah to join up with the US Paras, plus some other bits and bobs, such as Tailleville and the Hillman Bunker system [both well worth a visit]. I am there for 5 days.

Back to the releases, what are you expecting?

I would love a Sherman with Skirts maybe in two parts:

Part 1 - Sherman tank from the top of the chassis to the bottom of the track. With a flat base on top.

Part 2 - Sherman Chassis with Skirts from bottom of skirts upwards with flat bottom do it can be placed on top of part 1 or in water to display a tank in water.

Napoleonic collectors have been spoiled the last few months with British infantry, Wellington, and KGL cavalry. Perhaps May will bring some Frenchmen? Here's hoping!

I bet it will be the Aussie M113 APC with riders ... it's been shown off, but not sure what stage of production it's up to?

If not it will sure to be ready for July and Andy's 'Tour Down Under 2019' :)

Always an exciting time!
I'm hoping the two FJ's announced 1 April materialise, as they have been pushed back to "mid May"

Would like to see a 106mm RCL and crew to mount on the Marines Mules.
Bazooka for both Pacific and VN Marines.
More BAR's for Pacific Marines and M60's for VN ones.
NVA / VC Machine gun team.
Mortars for all of the above.

Don't think so, we do pretty well here 'down under with our Public Holidays.

We don't get May Day, but we get Labor Day where we commemorate the workers who fought and gained the 8 Hour Day.

As the saying goes, 8 Hours work, 8 hours play and 8 'Bob' a day where Bob meant shillings. Shillings is was our gift from the British as well as Pounds and Pence, but you would remember that, being in UK. Will you go back to that after Brexit ????

Only 12, just many are on or close to the first of the month and are inconvenient for us collectors. Expectation makes the releases sweeter, that said if it is true then Britains releases will be like lugduname, which is 220,000 and 300,000 times as sweet as sucrose table sugar [everyday a school day].
