It's beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas - Bing Crosby

Well - "sort of painted". They're Metal Starlux(Atlas Editions), bought as a job-lot. Some of them need a bit of TLC, and others quite a lot, (broken plumes/swords etcetera - One horse has broken legs too) - and most will need a re-paint. Paid just under £50 for 37 of them on e-bay (another First - I won!:D).They are a bit bigger than 54mm at around 65mm - but I have found some of these French made metal soldiers before - and now have a small but growing collection of them. Obee and I recently co-wrote an article on them for "Toy Soldier Collector" Magazine - so I thought it was very appropriate to put the small proceeds towards this purchase!^&grin This is how they unpacked - so "It's beginning to look a lot like Xmas"- already!:D
