Bernard (our resident expert) and any others, posting 5 figs, I think I know, except one:

ALL of these are exceptionally painted by artists on par with skills of Stadden studios in my opinion, they really look like my original Staddens.

Ok:

1. Is this a Stadden without a base?

2. Tradition 90mm

3. Series 77

4. Series 77

5. Series 77

If anybody can confirm and names of figures, that would be great!

Thanks
Tom

Yo Tom, can only help with the first one which is Chas staddens #126 without base and its title is "Musketeer 1685 Princess Anne of Denmark's Regt".
All Chas 90mm models had round footplates even those he made for Tradition and are usually signed Chas C Stadden or in some cases he signed them C C S
if there wasnt a lot of room for his signature on the footplate. Someone has added grass to the footplate which Chas never did, (trooper) might know about the Tradition and series 77 models. The Musketeer is shown in my Chas Stadden album one page 3.
Bernard.

Bernard is correct in his comments re fig 1 and your identification of the remainder is also correct.

Having second thoughts about no 4, might possibly be Chota Sahib.

Thanks guys,
I found more notes, apparently I purchased them during an ebay estate auction from England about 9 years ago. The purchase prices of most were quite high. I think the Stadden is one done for Tradition, but the grass was added by the owner as a lot of them have the grass from my memory. They are done so well, I am assuming they were all done by a "studio" artist, they are just too good IMO. I only wish I had more provenance on them. They are going to go to auction as I have to sell something, just have too much.

Do you have any idea of value?

TD
