Hello all.

Until now I went mainly with another TSC, but I just thought to give it a try with John Jenkins.

So I went for the Battle of Hastings Figures and although many of them are already sold out, I managed to get a good Start.

I must say I am very satisfied with these fine Figures. Some of the best I have seen so far. Very happy with them ;)

Hopefully to get more soon ...

Anymore, JJD ranges are all I collect. Always a good choice IMHO . . .

And as the hitherto only North European member of the John Jenkins Fan club (AFAIK), I bid you a "herzlich Willkommen" :D

For the last two to three years, I have to admit that Jenkins has been my go-to company. The figures details are always so superb and they just look so good in a display. Something I can't say about other companies as of late, but that is just my opinion.

I'll just echo comments others have made. JJD is top notch and every series that I collect - Drums Along the Mohawk, War of 1812, and the Peninsular War - are among the best 1/30 scale figures of their respective eras.

Another echo here, John Jenkins are releases some fantastic figures and series, best of luck with the collecting, its addictive, but welcome to our cult, like a moth to a flame.

I kind of like John's offerings and have dabbled with collecting a few figures from his various ranges. I can commend them most highly.Welcome to the wonderful world that is John Jenkins Designs.

Thank you :) Seems it was the right decision

I have just ordered another couple of Figures, as SX-01, SX-02 and others. Hopefully they will be re-stocked soon ...

After that I thought of going with the Normans as their Opposite.

Does anyone know, which Normans are still available and which are retired?

The JJD Saxons and Vikings are the best figures on the market

I agree, came late to the Saxon and Vikings and i am now building my collection. Will give a shout out as well to the JJ Aztec and Rome's Enemies ranges. They also take a chunk out of my bank account on a regular basis.
