Steady hand and nerves of steel..... (1 Viewer)

Its hard to tell even enlarging the screen. Could be Luftwaffe as there has been talk of a downed luftwaffe aircraft
Mitch

Is the airman being helped by the soldier RAF or Luftwaffe?

IMO, the figure appears to be Luftwaffe. There is an eagle on the right breast of the jacket and there are what appears to be yellow collar tabs. -- Al

I tell you guys I'm one very happy collecting bunny right now, K&C are firing on all cylinders here. Love these new figures and this new two fig set with woundd Luftwaffe Pilot, well its as if they knew what dio I have planned! Just great stuff from K&C, got to be one of their best Chicago shows ever.:salute::{bravo}}

Here is a closer shot, the UXB Officer looks really nice and we can see the two new figs in background;

I couldn't agree more these new sets are just what I've been wanting! I'm loving the coverage & all the surprises from this years show! Do you think we will get any more surprises before the end of the weekend? Maybe the downed plane Mitch mentioned? We can only hope!

Excellent shot mate, thanks very much. Yep , this will be Tilly No4 !^&cool

Rob

Rob,

These would all look great mate maybe on a small country lane passing by the 1940's airfield diorama we spoke about, Fritz under arrest further down the road!

Nice idea Chris, I like the country lane element.There is something about the atmosphere of that 1940 Summer that is very attractive (if only I had a time machine!^&grin). I really like the fact we are getting what looks like two new Policemen for ths range, I think these will be pretty versatile for several different dio's. I have been hoping Andy would make more (shall we call them) 'Home Front' figures and these are spot on, lets hope they are the first of many Chris:wink2:

Oh I agree, I would find myself playing cricket in a hazy English field with the pilots before take-off! I think 'Home Front' is a great title for them. Another bobby or two can't hurt, maybe Fritz is getting a little 'mouthy' upon detention and back-up has been called for!

^&grin

A couple of whacks with a truncheon in the back of the Tilly should sort that out Chris...welcome to England Fritz!^&grin

How about the farmer from the Battle of Britain who greets the Polish Pilot with ' Get your hands up you Bosch B*******' !

Haha yes...who needs diplomats and politicians when a farmer can make a speech like that!

Chris

These new sets will compliment my dio, a must have, thanks K&C. Cheers, Robin.

Two figures..........

Great pic Brian , thanks for the close up. These look very nice figures to me , I especially like the Policeman as he will go so well with the other from the ' For you Fritz ' set.

Rob

The more I look at the guard figure and the set of Tommy helping wounded Nazi Pilot, the more it looks like these were made to go with a downed Luftwaffe aircraft.

Rob

I really like these types of sets and look forward to seeing it properly and, would like to see a RAF pilot being helped by RAF ground crew or, stretcher party carrying a wounded brave RAF pilot from the wreckage of his aircraft

These ranges and the RAF range seems to be going from strength to strength

I agree Mitch, compared to the older ranges the RAF range is very new , yet it has got better and better and is fast looking like one of the very best K&C produce. Whenever I go to the London shows there doesn't seem to be that many companies who produce RAF figures, and none with anywhere near the scope and depth K&C do. Figures, vehicles, buildings and aircraft its all there, flagship range I say.{bravo}}

Rob

Its interesting where this could go. The possibilities are quite exciting what could be released. I do agree that this is quickly becoming the flagship WWII range
