Robin...nice little scene as always...I want some of that rhubarb pie...^&grin

Robin,
Love the characters, especially the Apache, you have brought together at Straight Knives.

Ah yes, the good ol' Straight Knives Trading Post. Great little building and nice selection of figures for the scene. As Steve mentioned, I like the Indian as well.

This is fast becoming the poorest town out West. Hopefully the iron horse will keep it on the map like Rusty Spoons, Rusty Rails and Bent Forks.{sm4} , Robin.

Oh, Rusty Rails is the name of the Train Depot in Rusty Spoons. Can't forget Straight Knives and then there's also Gravy Boat, but that's a horse of a different color. {sm4}

Religion comes to Straight Knives to convert the heathens of this wild frontier. Robin.

These western threads are really fun to follow !

Hey Robin, I think there was a scene in The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly when Tuco tells Blondie his brother is like the Pope. You nailed it! Good one my friend.

These western threads are really fun to follow !
Aren't they, though? Been really enjoying the stories as well as the scenes. {sm4}

EDIT: yes, here it is:

now I want a bowl of soup {sm4}
Best Western Ever!

New arrivals, Sally and Molly, on receiving a barrage of the 'errors of their ways', are already considering moving on to the nearby towns of Rusty Spoons or Bent Forks, where the the reception maybe more friendly. Robin.

Robin,
Lotta of religion in Straight Knives. Looks like Straight Knives is growing with a town on both side of the tracks. Tracks won't be laid in Bent Forks until later in the week. Again, nice set up with the action building.

Fairly sure Sally and Molly will be on their way to Bent Forks as soon as the tracks are laid.{sm4} , Robin.

The train and wooden platform look great. Yep, Straight Knives commerce is going to flourish with the new rail (not to mention Sally and Molly's arrival).

Just one more bend to Rusty Spoons first. ^&grin
