Superb !! (1 Viewer)

Both Krupp truck & cannon looks great. I'm going to have a lot of field artillery because of TGM.

Nice one Wayne,

glad you could post this so the others can see it.

Hope you realise that you can't tow this gun, too much dirt under the spades, the hand spike and the dial site is still attached!

John

Outstanding;

Gun is in position with the messenger bringing the co-ordinates to the fire control station.
Noticed the spare helmet on the Krupp seat. More of that stuff please TG ( and arms, and equipment ....)

So much good stuff in the pipeline. These are all a must for me. Its ok the gun cannot be towed, does not always have to be the case, a firing only position is fine for a change. Hoping there will be some further bicycle variations, as most war photos show they travelled in groups. What I like in TG, they are finding gaps in existing lines of other makers and filling them with top notch items. Cheers, Robin.

You wouldn't have the Command Post out in the open next to the gun, thats postioned away from the guns slightly and usually protected.

We used to dig them in with sandbag protection and have it in a tent.

John,
I do not think this is a command post.
The 15cm Sig 33 gun was an infantry gun and operated by a crew of 3. I think that the guys at the table belong to the gun crew. They are receiving the co-ordinates by phone and prepare for shelling . You can put them in a tent, a barn or another shelter. That is up to your imagination. That is my opinion;Have already a nice dio in mind.
guy:smile2:

really great looking sets and, as has been said no horrid stands on the guys with bikes. Makes them easier to use in dio form
Mitch

Wayne:

If I decide to hitch the artillery piece to the Krupp truck, will the dirt on the spade go with it? An option to make it removable will be great

N-P

Can't wait to add another artillery piece to this. And the Krupp truck too.

Quite a collection of artillery pieces, but looking at it don't you agree we desperately need some field grey uniforms in the TG collection ??

All sets look very nice, in my personal choice, it looks like T. Gunn is moving ahead of K&C in views of scultping and painting (WWII) keep up the good work T.G. ...Sammy

Does anyone know when the truck is coming out. Thanks Greg

As I understand it is on the doorstep for delivery, so guessing it will appear in the few days to order and hopefully receive by the end of July. Cheers, Robin.
