Can someone tell me how some of these dormant threads actually sometimes come up as last posted ''today'' when they have not? I have noticed this happen a few times and, meant to ask. When I looked at the threads this had last posted today by bayern and when you open it you find its not.

Any time ANYONE votes in a poll, it 'activates' the thread as if someone posted. Then, when you click on the thread, it brings you to the last actual post made.

In this case, Bayern made the most recent post, so when someone (and it could have been anyone) voted on the poll, it brought up the thread.
