Tariff Executive Order Promotion! (5 Viewers)

As we are all very much aware, the issue of US Tariffs is really having a drastic impact on collectors, dealers, and manufacturers. They effectively cut off a massive marketplace from the sales of new products coming out of China. Because of this, in the short term we will cease releasing new products with a few exceptions likely limited to the current pre-orders which we have already agreed to pay the tariffs on. We will continue to produce the products, but we will not offer them for sale or if we do, the US may be excluded for the time being or noted that the buyers are responsible for paying tariffs with shipments from Asia. Over the past 17 years, we have exclusively warehoused and distributed from the USA. That is no longer an option, particularly as 2/3rds of our products are sold outside of the USA, so it makes little sense to import to the USA, pay a tariff, and then ship the Europe for example. But, on the plus side, all current products listed on our website are already in the USA and thus not subject to tariffs.

Our immediate response to this is that for a very limited time only, we are offering 90% of our products for sale at discounts ranging from 20%-40%. This offer is available to all customers worldwide, not just those in the USA, as we want to treat all customers the same. It will run for a minimum of one month and we keep it in place until such time as the tariff issue is resolved or we get our Asian distribution center setup and in place and ready to ship products. Effectively, so long as these tariffs remain, First Legion will no longer import products to the USA and will warehouse and distribute new releases from Asia as is the case with the majority of other MFR’s. It's simply cost prohibitive at this time.

So while new products from most MFR’s just got a whole lot more expensive for those in the USA, we are countering this by lowering the price on nearly all of our products to offer a unique, limited time, buying opportunity at lower prices. And remember, all items currently listed on our website are already in the USA, so no tariffs apply. Further, hundreds of the sets that are part of this promotion were never part of our previous "Big Sale", so it’s a first time opportunity on a truly massive number of figure sets and vehicles.

So if you are a hard core FL collector, it's a great time to start a new series or add to an existing one. If you have never collected First Legion, why not take a look as you'll be getting arguably the finest figures available at the lowest prices for toy soldiers anywhere.

Terms and Conditions​

1. Sale will run for a minimum of 30 days. After that it will end without warning if the tariff situation is resolved or we get our Asian distribution center up and running. We reserve the right to end the sale at any time after 30 days for any reason.
2. Replacement Figures (unless otherwise noted) will be provided as necessary with a customer’s NEXT order. (i.e. we will not ship replacements until the customer places another order which we will add any replacement to)
3. Figures discounted 20-30% will be replaced per our normal policy.
4. Figures discounted by 40% will not be replaced if they suffer only a very minor issue, they will be replaced if anything worse than that. Yes, it’s subjective, but we trust our customers to be reasonable.
5. All unpainted figure Kits in all scales are discounted 40% off retail and replacements will be provided as necessary for all figures with the customer's next order.
6. Figures will be available from dealers as well who wish to participate, not just directly from First Legion.

First Legion, I know with the uncertainty at the moment but I was wondering if there is any appetite to expand into lesser produced countries of WW2 to maybe include France, Belgium, Hungary and etc? I’m a big fan of your WW2 range.

I've always wanted to do Romanians/Hungarians for the Eastern Front. Shift our Stalingrad series to the Russian Offensive. Just not sure there would be any demand.

It’s 2020 all over again! While I’m not happy about the outside circumstances leading to this sale, it is definitely worth taking advantage of, particularly for a few figures I had my eyes on… I can’t remember the last time I saw some FL figures priced at under $40!
