Nice array of eras here Gary. Great to see your supply chain is still functioning. Robin.

I'm envious. They went fast!

I love the skin tones on the new Germans. I don't have the figures but look at the photo in the post just before this one. It really is high level work and the best I recall ever seeing aside from Russian figures- even better than FL skin tones in general. I'm very impressed. Thanks for the photos and enjoy your new figures!

Joe

Thanks TG - some great releases in September and as always great service, well packed and shipped to Tasmania in good order and time.

Looking forward to whatever you dish up in October - I am always hungry for a bit of TG!

Hi Gary,

I really liked your selection..TGM team are great guys for unique items...The Jocks are by far my favourites....Have some of my own, but they are Stadden..pitty that they are not scale compatible to the TGM ones otherwise it would be a great complement in my collection....
Will add here, if it is ok with you and the others, a few pics of my Stadden Jocks and maybe they can work as inspiration to TGM´s design team....
Cheers

I love everything John (Obee) paints, but these are especially nice!:salute::

A small Parcel hit Tassie this week. The Romans were superb. The Boers also got me hooked on a four part British documentary on this most brutal of wars.

The week was finally over after a manic day in the office. Its a 15 minute stroll back from work to our waterside apartment overlooking Hobarts fine harbour. The thought of a cold beer, as temperatures were still on the mid twenties, quickened my pace as I looked forward to peeling off work clothes and clearing my mind from the week that was. The Friday late afternoon experience was enhanced as I walked up to the front door to find a parcel tucked out of sight full of Thomas Gunn goodies from the last two releases.

The Teutoburg Forest range is really growing and the ox cart is a splendid centrepiece. I have added a few John Jenkins German figures that go well with this series. The WW2 German gun is a real crowd pleaser and I know was popular with collectors while I added a Zulu War figure just to pad out the ranks of my large William Britain collection from this conflict.

I am sure there is a lot more in the offing in 2021 as I raised a glass of cold beer to Thomas Gunn at the local pub just a stone's throw away from our apartment as the sun sank beneath the yardarm. Happy days.

Great new figures etc, those arrivals in Tasmania are devilishly great.

Great photos. The TGM set is very nice, great poses and painting.

A small parcel arrived this week with a few TG goodies. German winter armour is really good value, Korean US Marines are chunky stand out figures, definitely need this series to be expanded to create a reasonable snow based diorama. A useful Natal Carbineer and spare ox wagon and the colourful Napoleon figure from his earlier campaigns. Smaller in scale than marines but he was a small chap anyway!

Thanks TG and now looking forward to March releases. Japanese surrender, Teuteberg Forrest figures and who knows what else?

Gary

Easter eggs and a few TG figures landed at the Hobart waterside apartment as temperatures hit record highs of 32 degrees. My wife and I went on a mini holiday to the north of Tasmania and returned to a parcel on the doorstep.

The holiday was a welcome break and the toy soldiers that I returned to were of the highest quality. Let us see what transpires next week as the next batch of figures are released.
