New mini series on Peacock and (I think USA). Very loosely based on the Robert McCammon book "Stinger." McCammon is a sort of lesser-known Stephen King who has written many great horror/sci fi books.

Episode one is surprisingly well done. Sometimes they go low budget but this one started out great. It reinforces my belief that you never go into the woods after dark because there might be an old lady roaming around saying "murder maker."

Something that I learned from episode two. When a guy shows up at night wearing a gas mask and paints a line around your property, you really do not want to step over it.
