The Britain’s section of the forum seems to be mainly threads regarding the lack of communication and new product delays!

So I thought I would try to be a bit more positive and post a few photos of my Tel-el-Kebir display.

This follows on from my previous threads showing the first ten figures released over here in the UK at the end of last year and the Earthworks that I built to fit in one of my display cabinets.

I had some spare 42nd Highlanders and so repainted five of them to mix in with the new releases.

Nice to see surface again Jeff. i might dust mine off soon and join you. Robin.

Great stuff.
Jeff, what brand and color red did you use to do the repaints?

Thanks, I used a matt red acrylic produced by Lifecolor, which was part of a boxed set of 12 different colours I bought some years ago.

The new releases arrived today!!!! ^&cool ^&cool ^&cool

I thought I would share a photo and then get on with re-arranging my display to accommodate these. More photos to follow.

Very nicely finished and reasonably priced figures (and worth the wait).

Bet you are pleased Jeff that they finally appeared and now added to your ranks. Robin.

As promised a few photos of the complete range plus a few extras!

I really like these new figures and under the magnifying glass they appear to be better finished (neater painting) than the original WAN figures.

Nice Jeff,
All we need now is an Egyptian officer steadying his men.

Worth the wait Jeff. You never lost hope and now they make a nice addition to your dio. Robin.

Smashing display, Hopefully WB will continue expanding the range as you'll need some dead Egyptians.

Steve

Thanks for all the comments and "likes", this has turned out to be a really great little spin-off series from WB. I'm looking forward to the club figure later this year.

Jeff :salute::
