That's great there Carlos, you're one lucky fella, looks like that move to Texas has really paid off for you. Make sure you report back to us after the show as to how spectacular they are.

That would be neat! I just wanted an interesting documentary on the Battle of Long Tan.

Quite a fascinating story.

Brendan mate,
Thanks for posting that video. It is a fascinating insight into Australia's biggest battle in Vietnam. Aussie fought a totally different war to our American allies. Most regular Army soldiers who fought in Nam had a long experience of jungle warfare. We fought the VC on their own terms of stealth and ambush with platoon and company size patrols rather than trying to bring the enemy to battle with large Divisional operations. In saying that most Aussie diggers will always be thankful for the artillery, gunship and medivac support which came from our Yankee mates.
I like many other Aussie collectors thank Andy and K&C for the new TET 68 range which we are all hoping will lead as my good mate Obee put it, to a range of Aussies in Nam.
Cheers from the Land Down Under, Howard:salute::

Hi George,
I reckon you would have a 'blast' if you came down to The Texas Show...either as 'Minutemen ToySoldiers' or as just a visitor/spectator...I can promise you a real 'Texas/Scottish' welcome and San Antonio is a great place to visit and sight-see in!!!
Come on George spread your wings...
All the best,
Andy.

George:

Don't worry I will with as many pictures as possible. However, Andy is right, come on down to San Antonio.

It's the #1 tourist destination in Texas. It's also called: "Military City USA".

Don't worry, we will not forcibly convert you into a conservative loving 2nd Amendment lover; your family will recognize you when you get back home.

If I come, can I wear twin six shooters in my holster and my 5 gallon hat; they were out of 10 gallon hats at the local sip and feed here in town, so the best I can do is a 5 gallon one....................

Well, get here first then we'll see....San Antonio remains a "safe place" for everyone....Even Yankees (I mean Red Sox), LOL!

Hint: You might be surprised how 21st century this place looks and fun too!
