Just got the new V1, Reichenburg and AFV from TG and thought I would post some pics and say what I think about them.
The V1 is excellent great colour way realistically done (I liked the Figarti new version but, thought it too green!) and the two figures of the scientists are superbly done as the pics in this post and next show. It is an excellent idea to produce civilians behind the design of the V weapons. The actual figures are very well painted and have really good detail.
The Reichenburg is obviously a repaint of the earlier release but, it is an excellent camo colour way and is very well done. Markings are well adhered and its just overall a good release in the series. Again, coming with two figures its well priced (which is rare to say today) and, they are also really nice figures. Both well detailed but, my personal favourite is the sentry with rifle. The rifle is the correct size and style (little things like that when wrong peeve me) and they just add to the set and will make display much more interesting.
The AFV a great little variant and really well done. The track detail is on par with any maker including what I consider the bench mark for this Hobby HB and the camo is superbly blended and very realistic. some very good airbrushing skills by the painters TG has found.
Finally, the club figure again a nice figure It initially reminded me of the CS figures with the realistic facial features added folds of skin etc but, what I was interested in and thought was good was the medal detail. These are not just splodges of paint on poorly sculpted attempts at Knights cross and Pour le merit you can actually tell what they are IMO of course. These club figures are a nice addition and look forward to seeing who will be next on the hit list.
I am really looking forward to the next V series releases its been the highlight of the collecting year for me
Hope you enjoy the pics
