Dear All
Some good news and some bad news – so let’s start with the 2 items of bad news first and get these out of the way!
Some Bad News
1. FFL005 and FFL006 have been packaged the wrong way round by our factory, it’s a new factory and mistakes like this do happen sometimes. For the majority of customers this will have zero impact on you as most of you bought all 3 of the new figure sets and all you need to do is swap the box lids over when you receive your items. For those of you who did not order all 3 sets and receive the wrong items please contact us and we will resolve any issues. Dealers would you please make note of the above and swap FFL005 and FFL006 box lids over before dispatching to customers. Sincere apologies for this error and we have now put in measures to ensure this does not happen again.
2. Because of staff holidays and the delay in our items being shipped from China last month, Julys releases are only just leaving although most shipping should be completed by Tuesday 20th August. There will therefore be no new release notes this month in order to allow dealers to sell the new stock items being sent out as we speak.
Some Good News
1. ‘The Messenger’ containing news of all new items will be announced on 4th September which means we are now back to our old monthly release date which has sentimental value to all of us here at TGM, as the 4th is the date we established this great little company. By shifting our release date back to the 4th it now means that all releases will be available a couple of weeks later in the same month they are announced. It does mean less waiting for your products to arrive once they have been ordered - now that’s got to be good news surely?!
Not wanting to leave you with nothing I have attached a picture of something that will be available in next month’s releases. It’s our new version of a WW1 Rolls Royce Armoured Car, featuring Lawrence of Arabia and is limited to 100 in number. This is most likely to be the last release we do of this armoured car although if there was sufficient interest we would consider a 1920’s version. For those of you who would be interested in something like this please let us know by email?
