AK Diorama. BTW, that Sherman is very, very rare. One of a kind I believe. Louis can fill in the details.

This Heinkel is not to be believed. It is huge (I will take another photo) and I believe only one of two made.

Truly the Ultimate!
Thank you for posting, I never get tired of seeing your museum quality collection.
Ray
PS the staff car under the bridge is a fascinating piece, would love to hear more about it?

Ray,

I think Louis said that's a Humber but I'll let him explain. He's also got a ton of marching bands which I will try to shoot tomorrow.

The Humber 8th Army staff car is a one of a kind metal vehicle done by Andy for the original Arika Corps diorama depicted in his September, 1997 Flyer. I purchased the diorama and the vehicle in 1999. The Humber was one of those fancy metal collector vehicles made by companies like Solido. He repainted it, painted bullet holes all over the fenders and the cowling, and drilled holes in the plastic windshield, connected by hearline scratches, to depict bullet damage to the windshield. Good eye picking it out as something special.

Fantastic pictures Brad and Louis, it's hard to choose a favourite piece from that lot.

Wonderful pictures Brad, thank you for posting them and please keep them coming. Louis, what can one say about a collection like that, as a newcomer to this hobby it's absolutely awesome to see all those early pieces that all us late to the party K&C collectors can only dream about.:)

Fred

Thanks Brad for taking pics and thanks to Louis for sharing us access to see his collection. Really neat and look forward to see more. Leadmen

Thanks for the pictures Brad.

Louis, your collection is unbelievable. I understand now your passion for the warbirds. I saw first the Ju-52, then the Zero and finally the Heinkel-111. That last one kills me. I really hope that Mr. Neilson will produce them again.

Have a great week-end.

Say hello to everybody. Best regards,
Pierre.

Here's a few more airplanes.
