Screaming Eagles !
One of my proudest moments is when "Wild Bill" presented me a certificiate signed by all of the living members of Easy Co. making me a honorary member of the 101st. I was awarded this honor for supporting veterans and for my service at 911.
I have regularly corresponded with Malarkey, Compton, Guarnere, Tipper and a few others for research. They are all BSP fans !
I was just preparing a letter to Lipton a few years back when he passed, on the same date the Bulge started........... Made me sad
