Talk about shock and awe--you are the master of this concept for JJD!

A gem of a scene. Your layouts are museum quality. You have really made this subject come to life for all of us. The interesting link between this and your Sudan scenes is the concept of Empire and the West in conflict with indigenous peoples whether in the Sudan or in North America. I bet the social studies teachers would love to bring their classes to your house-museum for a 3D education.

Thanks to all you guys for the very nice encouraging comments...:)...

I put my new blockhouse in the hutch and it looks great with one on each end...you really need at least two blockhouses to defend a square fort...so this was my first opportunity to make a full fort diorama with all of JJ's cool FIW pieces...his Indians were the original drawing card to get my interested in his work and I hope we see many more in the future...

Andy...thanks again for the blockhouse and great packing and shipping...I finally feel like I'm truly caught up on this series now...

Mike,

Some hutch! That is a collection and a half there!

Reckon the cannon filled with rusty nails and chunks of scrap metal would deal with the Indian break in! ;)

Outstanding!!! You blend the figures from the various releases in ways that are beyond my skills, you are a master!

Mike,
You and John should collabrate on a grapic novel.Seriously.
